My Personal Shake Recipe
Shake Information
This shake is normally what I use after my workouts. Below you will find links to some of the ingredients that you can use to purchase certain items. Overall I’ve researched a lot of different pieces and I’ve found this to be really great shake. Additionally, You could mix and match depending on what you may want out of a shake. When making your shakes you should always load with Liquid, the Soft Solids/Powders then Solids. Always make sure to have enough liquid to help the blender blend well.

- Spectrum Essentials Ground Flaxseed with Mixed Berries– Buy Here
- ½ Cup Bolthouse Green Goodness
- 1/4 Cup Bolthouse Daily Greens(Optional)
- 1/4 Cup Bolthouse Tropical Goodness(Optional)
- ¼ Cup Coconut Water
- Ice Cubes
- 1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt
- I normally use Fage 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Royal Jelly – Buy Here
- Why Royal Jelly? Royal Jelly seems to have some health effects however claims are widely disputed. Research before consuming.

- This is arguably one of the best mixes I’ve ever found. It has a ton of great ingredients including Maca Root,Tumeric,Glucosamine etc. Check out ingredients before consuming. More Information Here
- Half an Apple
- 1 1/2 cup of mixed fruit
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Cherries
- Cranberries
- Strawberries
- Pineapple
- Blackberries
- Pomegranate Seeds(when available)
- Banana
- 1 tsp of Creatine (This is optional) – Buy Here
- Creatine usually helps with building muscle and athletic performance. Creatine monohydrate is usually the best bet. Stay away from any supplements that add extra to the creative.
